Get Off My Lawn

$0.00

I spent over 3 hours taking pictures of these deer. I captured hundreds of photos and this is the one I chose to publish. That little buck in the background has been caught trying to steal a doe from the herd buck and is completely submissive. His head is turned away as if he’s trying to say, “no one here but us trees.” That’s why I titled this image “Get Off My Lawn,” it’s the old guy running off the young one,

I had a friend tell me it’s too bad I didn’t have an image of the large buck looking in the direction of the camera. I did but it didn’t have the story this one did. This was the story that spoke to me. This is life in the woods.
